Nuran Öksüz
Nuran Öksüz is a Research Assistant and Ph.D. candidate in Political Science and International Relations at Yeditepe University. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Yeditepe University, an M.S. in Social Sciences from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and an M.A. in Sociology from Yeditepe University, where her thesis examined generational value differences along the materialist/postmaterialist axis. Her research interests include political psychology, comparative political institutions, political methodology, and the sociology of political behavior. She has presented at international conferences including the MPSA, ESA, and WAPOR Annual Conferences, and her recent work explores topics such as the relationship between emotions and misinformation, populism and institutional trust, conspiracy theories, and political participation.
